2. Design
We match or develop the home around the brief and block, then work through the layout, accommodation, façade, interior direction, materials and important inclusions.
3. Approval
The project moves through the required site investigations, professional documentation, engineering, energy and authority processes relevant to the home and location.
4. Prepare
Once the home type, requirements and approvals are understood, the project program, construction timeframe, payment stages, final selections and pre-construction requirements can be confirmed and documented.
5. Build
Construction progresses through its documented stages. People Homes keeps customers informed with email updates and coordinates its quality and inspection responsibilities throughout the build.
6. Handover
The completed home moves through final review, agreed completion requirements, documentation and key handover. People Homes remains the contact for applicable warranty assistance and after-handover support.
